Brief: In 2023, Volvo is asking young people to protect what is most important about our home planet – life itself. How can Volvo pioneer the use of technology to protect people and make them feel safe?
Problem: A global deficiency of secure shelters prevails, primarily due to housing crises and poverty.
Insight: Cars, originally designed for transportation, possess the potential to double as shelters during crucial moments, ultimately safeguarding lives.
Solution: Cars are parked everywhere. If we unlock these in times of crisis, we suddenly have many more places to seek shelter.
